This grilled tilapia is dusted with just a bit of parmesan to make it just a little more special!!

Grilled Parmesan Tilapia

Serves 4
A grilled tilapia with just a touch of parmesan cheese
Prep Time - 10 min
Cook Time - 10 min
Total Time - 20 min
Ingredients
4 - 5 oz tilapia filets
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp parmesan cheese

Instructions
1.Preheat grill to medium heat, and place a fish mesh grilling basket on grill or a layer of foil over grill grates to cook fish on
2.In a small bowl combine salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder
3.Sprinkle seasoning evenly over fish on both sides
4.Place in grill basket or on foil
5.Cook fish for 3-4 minutes and then carefully flip fish
6.Sprinkle parmesan cheese over each filet and close lid of grill and continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes or until fish is cooked through, and flaky
7.Remove from grill and serve immediately
8.ENJOY!!
